A blue cloth bound book badly rubbed and bumped with black lettering to spine and front board. Foxing and acid stains mainly confined to first and last few pages. Page block rough cut two sides but pages are mostly unmarked and clean. There are five foldouts at the back which are all in excellent condition. Overall condition probably only GOOD but a very useful reading copy..

This 1937 edition served until 1944 when a 3rd. edition was printed, the complete 2nd. edition apparently destroyed by enemy bombing.
